This Easter Leigh Centurions will be running another of their highly successful rugby camps.
The Camp will be running for two days at Westhoughton Lions Den, The Camp will be running from 10am – 3pm on Tuesday the 7th and Wednesday the 8th of April the camps are open to anybody from the ages of 6 – 16 both boys and girls are welcome to attend. There is a small charge to the camp of £3 for both days to cover costs. Any money that is retained will be donated back to Westhoughton Lions Amateur club for use of facilities.
All participants will learn a variety of rugby skills and also have fun throughout; every participant will receive a medal and certificate to remember the event. All Participants will then be invited to The amateur club open day on Thursday the 9th where all amateur club players and any of children can attend have fun and play some fun games with the centurions community coaches.
The emphasis of these camps is to give children more opportunities to play sport during the school holidays, increase the number of children in the local communities playing sport and to teach the greatest sport of all to the local children.
